Our goal

We want everyone to be able to use Ridgewill, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, larger text, or other assistive technology.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on ridgewill.com, on the Ridgewill account and sign-in pages, and in our apps.

Where we are

We have not yet had an outside accessibility audit. We design and build with these guidelines in mind, but some parts of our websites and apps may not meet them yet. When we learn of a barrier, we work to fix it.

Tell us about a barrier

If something does not work for you, email [email protected] with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us:

• which website or app, and which page or screen;
• what you were trying to do, and what happened;
• the device, browser and any assistive technology you use, if you know.

We reply within 3 business days. If we cannot fix the problem quickly, we will help you get what you need another way, such as by email.
